Summary

Across multiple campaigns for FanDuel Sportsbook, the goal was to visualize the energy, precision, and immediacy of live sports through motion. From major event promotions to partnership campaigns with the NBA, each piece was designed to extend FanDuel’s brand identity into motion, creating a visual system that feels bold, data-driven, and unmistakably competitive.

The work spans a range of executions, from kinetic typography and real-time odds animations to live-action integrations and broadcast graphics. Together, these motion campaigns form a cohesive visual ecosystem that bridges product experience, sports culture, and brand storytelling.

Approach

The design system relied on kinetic typography, graphical rhythm, and motion-led composition to mirror the pulse of live sports. Every frame was crafted to feel fast, sharp, and full of impact, highlighting features like Same Game Parlay, Faster Payouts, and Top Ratings while maintaining FanDuel’s clean and premium visual tone.

Transitions between type, numbers, and app interface visuals were designed to simulate the excitement of real-time action, while the use of gradients and light motion maintained a cohesive brand experience across screens.

Design Execution

  • Motion Language: Built a cohesive system of transitions and kinetic type emphasizing clarity, speed, and energy.

  • Visual Composition: Layered app interface animations, typographic builds, and data visuals against FanDuel’s signature blue palette.

  • Narrative Flow: Structured the sequence to move from sports energy → data precision → brand trust, ending on a strong call to action.

  • Tools Used: After Effects and Cinema 4D for motion compositing and 3D camera movement integration.
