Summary
In collaboration with the Grand Jeté team, Vanity Fair’s motion piece celebrates the glamour and energy of the 1970s through a seamless collage of cut-out archival imagery. The film unfolds like a visual rhythm, guiding viewers through the disco-fueled decade with elegance, nostalgia, and movement. Each frame pays homage to the cultural icons and vibrant aesthetics that defined the era, blending editorial sophistication with a cinematic sense of flow.
I contributed to the design concepts for several key scenes, focusing on visual composition, rhythm, and layered storytelling. My role involved crafting transitions and spatial arrangements that connect individual moments into a cohesive narrative. By shaping how still images moved and interacted within the frame, I helped build a dynamic visual journey that captures both the playful spirit and timeless allure of Vanity Fair’s 1970s world.
