Overview

In this project, we are redesigning the CDC app and creating a new service for the future. The integrated offering by the CDC encompasses a virtual clinic utilizing advanced technologies like XR for diagnosing illnesses, as well as a portable medicine kiosk for on-the-go medications. This concept revolves around centralizing services and products to streamline patient journeys, minimizing the steps needed for medical visits and treatments. In this project phase, we will brainstorm a product and service envisioned to be offered by the CDC in 2030. This hypothetical offering will reflect the technological, social, environmental, and economic landscape of that year.

Goal

This project comprises three phases: redesigning the CDC app, creating a novel service, and developing an innovative product for the future. The core idea revolves around enriching user experiences. Spanning from micro to macro interactions, the central objective is to envision ways of addressing pain points and elevating the collective interaction within this ecosystem.

Challenge

The challenge for this part of the project is optimizing the data and categories function from the app, and minimizing the steps that required users to reach the information that they are looking for.
